The ops stack behind Oscar White.
Oscar White runs commercial property maintenance and cleaning across Victoria. The same three apps on the demos page, Field Service, Mobile Worker and Client Portal, are the systems the business runs on to bill seven-figure contracts with one operator at the helm. I built it for my own ventures first.
A commercial service business outgrowing texts and spreadsheets.
The work was there. The admin was the thing capping how much of it one operator could carry, and how cleanly it got billed.
Three apps, one connected workflow.
Field Service App
Schedule jobs, manage crews, track visits and run ops from one screen, replacing the texts, calendars and whiteboard the business used to run on.

Mobile Worker App
The crew logs travel, work, photos and sign-off from the phone they already carry. It lands in the office system without a phone call.

Client Portal
Commercial clients log in to book, track jobs and view invoices instead of texting for updates, the layer that lets one operator bill larger contracts.
Drive the live demo →The screens above are the live public demo versions of the same three apps: real running software you can click, not renders. Open any of them, no signup.
The owner stopped being the system.
The whiteboard is gone, roughly 40 hours of admin a month came back, and the business moved three times the jobs through the door without three times the office work. The same packages you see on the services page are this build, productised, and shipped to other trade operators.
Oscar White runs on the same productised stack I ship to clients: I own the software, the business licences it and runs on it. Nothing here is a theory. It is the tech I use to run my own ventures, which is exactly why I trust it on someone else's.
