  WHO IT'S FOR

For owners still finding new leaks to plug.

01

You just did the Tech Leak Audit

The audit hands you a 30/60/90 plan. Standard is that plan executed: the first fix ships inside 60 days and the rest becomes your monthly build queue. No new quote each time.

02

You are still finding leaks

Quoting eats your Sunday, the job board is a whiteboard, invoices go out late. One system will not fix all of that. A steady monthly shipping cadence will.

03

You want the build without the build invoice

There is no separate build bill and no 50/50 deposit. The first system is funded by the plan itself. One monthly amount, everything included.

  WHAT'S IN IT

Every line on the card, explained.

Everything in Lite

Monitoring on everything I build you, fixes when anything breaks, up to an hour of small changes each month, and the one-page Monthly Leak Report.

Your first system, live inside 60 days

Scoped in writing before we start, same as any standalone build, and shipped inside your first 60 days on the plan. No separate invoice, no deposit. The first six months are what pays for it.

One new automation or small build, every month

At the start of each month we pick one scoped piece of work from your leak report backlog and it ships. If I cannot ship a given month, the slot rolls forward one month so my delay never costs you it. If the build was waiting on you and the month passes, that slot is used; slots do not stack beyond a month.

Priority response, same business day

When something needs me, you hear back the same business day. Critical faults, the kind that lose data or stop the business, jump everything and get fixed free.

Quarterly review call

Every quarter we re-cut the roadmap against what the business actually did: what shipped, what it changed, what gets built next quarter.

  A MONTH ON STANDARD

What actually happens each month.

01

Start of month

We pick the month’s build from your leak report backlog. Scope agreed in a sentence or two, not a workshop.

02

Mid month

The build ships. Fixes and small changes keep landing alongside it as they come up.

03

Month end

The leak report lands: what leaked, what got fixed, what is queued next month.

  THE DEAL, IN PLAIN ENGLISH

No asterisks worth hiding.

Six months first, then month-to-month

The six-month minimum exists because your first build ships inside the first 60 days and the term is what funds it. After the term it is month-to-month with 30 days notice either side. Cancelling mid-term means the remaining months fall due, so the build is never a free sample.

You own your data. I own the software.

Your client list, job history, and files live in your own accounts with your own logins, exportable any day. The system itself is mine, licensed to you and kept alive, patched, and improving every month. That is the point of Ops Care. If you ever want the source outright, there is a buyout price in writing from day one.

One bill, hosting included

No separate hosting subscription, no platform fees from me, no invoice per fix. One monthly amount covers the build, the monitoring, and the running of it.

Moving between tiers

Upgrade to Pro at any month boundary, immediately. Downgrades work at any month boundary after the first six months. While the six months that funded your build are running, Standard is the floor.

  FAQ

Questions owners ask about Standard.

Why is there a six-month term?
Because your first system ships inside the first 60 days and the term is what pays for it. It spreads that build cost across the term, it is not a lock-in for its own sake: there is no separate build invoice, and after six months you are month-to-month with 30 days notice.
How big is the monthly build?
One scoped piece of work agreed at the start of the month: an automation, a new form flow, a report, a small tool. Anything bigger gets quoted honestly as a standalone build rather than crammed into the slot.
What if the first build misses the spec?
The scope is fixed in writing before I start, and if what ships does not match it, I rebuild it free. That promise is in the agreement, not just on this page.
Can unused build slots bank up?
If I could not ship in a month, the slot rolls forward one month, so my delay never costs you the slot. If the build was waiting on you, on the brief, decisions, approvals or access, and the month passes, that slot is used. Either way slots do not accumulate beyond a month: the point of the plan is a steady cadence, not a backlog balloon.
What happens if I cancel during the first six months?
The remaining months of the term fall due, because they are what funded your first build. After the term, 30 days notice and you are out, data exported, no exit fees.
Can my monthly build slot be an SEO round?
Yes, that is exactly what it is designed for. Any month you like, the slot can go on a measured SEO round: a new town or service page, content, and tuning what Google shows. Owners who want dedicated SEO on top of the slot add SEO Care from $750 a month.
