Turns the calls you miss on the tools into booked jobs

New build or a rebuild. You keep your domain and your reviews.

For owners with strong reviews but a website that still makes prospects ring instead of book. The phone rings while you're on the tools, callers don't leave voicemail, the next sparky books the job.

YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A website at your own domain that takes bookings at 9pm
  • Enquiries that arrive with the job details already filled in
  • A page for every town you cover, earning its keep on Google
From $1,500Shipped in 10 business days
WHAT IT TAKES FROM YOU

Meetings: 60 + 30 + 30 minutes, that's all. 10 business days from kickoff.

You bring: photos, licences, review links and domain access. Answers to photo and content requests inside 2 business days hold the timeline.

Your data, domain and accounts: yours, exportable any day. The software: mine to run for you, buyout price in writing from day one.

  • A form that gets the job details up front, so you stop chasing them
  • Customers can book at 9pm, when you're off the tools
  • Your reviews, job photos, and licences up front

02 · QUOTESQuote Fast Pack10 BUSINESS DAYS STANDALONE · 2 TO 6 WEEKS INTEGRATED

Quotes out the same day, not Sunday night

Sits on top of Tradify, ServiceM8 or Simpro. It doesn't replace them.

For owners whose quote-to-invoice cycle eats 5 to 10 hours a week and feeds straight into a cash-flow squeeze. The enquiry comes in, job details are incomplete, the quote gets finished after hours.

YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A quoting tool you run from the driveway, not Sunday night
  • Deposits landing the moment the customer says yes
  • One screen showing every quote out and every one accepted
From $1,500Fixed price, in writing before we start

WHAT I FIX
  • A form that asks the right questions up front, so you stop chasing details

  • Takes a deposit the moment they say yes
  • One screen showing which quotes are out and which are accepted
Plus the handoff into Xero, ServiceM8, Tradify or Simpro, no re-typing
WHAT CHANGESBuilt to take a 45-minute quote draft down to minutes; the audit puts your numbers on it. Deposits land at the yes, not net 30.
BEFOREDetails missing, quote finished at 10pm, paid net 30.
AFTERQuote out same day. Deposit lands at the yes.
03 · JOBSJob Flow Pack2 TO 6 WEEKS · FIXED PRICE

Get every job out of your head and the group texts

Built around ServiceM8 or Simpro if you run one. No rip and replace.

YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • One screen with every job: who’s on it and where it’s at
  • Your crew’s day on their phone, no group text
  • Yourself out of the dispatch chair
From $3,500Fixed price · optional client login
WHAT IT TAKES FROM YOU

Meetings: 60 + 30 + 30 minutes, plus one crew toolbox talk, which I run. 2 to 6 weeks.

You bring: your current job list, sites, crew details and job-app access in week 1.

Training, documentation and a handover session are included. One toolbox talk, which I run, and the crew is working out of it day to day within a fortnight of go-live, with your backing behind it. Client login for your commercial customers is an optional add-on; I price it in the proposal.

Your data, domain and accounts: yours, exportable any day. The software: mine to run for you, buyout price in writing from day one.

  • Repeat jobs, like monthly maintenance, book themselves back in
  • Notes and photos from site, on the job, not in a text thread
Plus sign-off checklists, an office status screen, and a client login for commercial work

See if a job's making money while you can still fix it

Reads your Xero, your hours and your costs. Real numbers, not guesses.

For owners flying blind on margin during the job. Three days into the bathroom strip-out, with subbies and the team coming and going, the honest answer to "are we still making money on this one" is "I'm not sure". The number lands at month-end, by then the loss is locked in.

YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A dashboard showing live margin, mid-job, on one screen
  • Quoted next to actual, three weeks before invoice day
  • A plain weekly email on where every job stands
From $3,500Fixed price · scoped in the proposal
WHAT IT TAKES FROM YOU

Meetings: 60 + 30 + 30 minutes, that's all. 2 to 6 weeks.

You bring: Xero access, a sample of recent jobs with quotes, and your crew's cooperation on capture: hours logged in seconds from a phone, dockets photographed at purchase.

Honest bit: it's only as live as the hours and dockets going in. Part of the build is making that capture take seconds from the ute, not minutes at a desk.

Your data, domain and accounts: yours, exportable any day. The software: mine to run for you, buyout price in writing from day one.

Not sure yet? Run the free check. Want it costed? Book the free audit. Already know what you want? Get the fixed quote.

WHAT I FIX
  • A screen that shows, mid-job, if you're still making money
  • What you quoted next to what it's actually costing, side by side
  • See how many hours the job's eaten vs what you allowed
  • Log materials as you buy them, so the cost isn't a month-end shock
  • See which kinds of jobs actually make you money
  • A plain weekly email: where every job stands on margin
WHAT CHANGESSee the margin live, three days into the job, while you can still pull a lever.
BEFOREMargin lands at month-end. The loss is already locked in.
AFTERQuoted vs actual on screen, day three, still fixable.

Stop entering the same job three times

Works with the tools you already run. No double entry.

For owners with double entry across three systems and the same job details getting re-typed at month-end. The thing your office manager does every Friday at 4pm that takes 90 minutes and should be a button.

YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • The Friday 4pm re-keying job turned into one button
  • Enquiries, reminders, reviews and invoices running themselves
  • Hours back every week; the audit counts how many in your business
From $3,500Fixed price · or inside a monthly plan
WHAT IT TAKES FROM YOU

Meetings: 60 + 30 + 30 minutes, that's all. 2 to 6 weeks.

You bring: tool logins, and your sign-off on every outbound message's wording before anything goes live.

The price moves with how many systems we connect and how brittle they are; the fixed number goes in writing before we start. The first automation is live and saving re-typing from week one after go-live, and the Friday job disappears flow by flow as you approve each one.

Your data, domain and accounts: yours, exportable any day. The software: mine to run for you, buyout price in writing from day one.

Not sure yet? Run the free check. Want it costed? Book the free audit. Already know what you want? Get the fixed quote.

WHAT I FIX
  • An enquiry lands and the job's created for you, no typing
  • Reminds customers about quotes you've sent
  • Chases unpaid invoices for you
  • Asks happy customers for a Google review, automatically
  • Texts customers the 'on my way' and 'job done' updates
  • Pushes the finished job into Xero, no double entry
Plus calendar reminders and a plain weekly summary by email
WHAT CHANGESThe Friday re-keying job becomes a button; the audit counts how many hours that is in your business.
BEFOREThe same job typed into three systems, every Friday.
AFTERIt flows itself. The 90-minute job is one button.
  PRICING

How the pricing works.

Most owners run their fix inside an Ops Care plan: the first build ships in your first 60 days, then I keep improving it every month. Prefer a one-off? Every pack is also a standalone build at a fixed price. The "from $X" is the lowest plausible scope; proposal pricing is honest about the actual range.

I don't build things that don't work.

03

Full deposit back

If a build misses spec, I rebuild at no charge. If still no fit, full deposit refunded.

Your data, credentials and platform accounts, exportable any day. I own the software and keep it running. Source buyout in writing if you ever want it outright.

  FAQ

Questions I get asked.

The things trade business owners ask me before they book an audit. If yours isn't here, ask on the call.

Is this a replacement for ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, or Fergus?
Usually no. If your current software is useful, keep it. I fix the gaps around it: forms, quote flow, dashboards, automations, client portals, crew handover, and the spreadsheets still holding the business together.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Almost always yes. Most builds bolt onto Xero, simPRO, ServiceM8, AroFlo, Tradify, or whatever is already running. The point is to make what you have work better, not rip it out.
What does a typical project cost?
Most owners run on an Ops Care plan: Lite from $750, Standard from $1,500, Pro from $2,500 per month, with the first build shipped inside 60 days on Standard and Pro. Standalone builds: Lead-Ready Website Tune-Up and Quote Fast Pack from $1,500; Job Flow Pack, Profit Visibility Pack, and Admin Autopilot from $3,500. The full scoping range is in the proposal; the public price is the lowest plausible scope.
Is the Lead-Ready Website Tune-Up a fix or a whole new website?
Whichever yours needs. Two real shapes: a tune-up of the site you already have, from $1,500, puts the booking path right: book-now front and centre, tap to call, a form that gets the job details up front. A full rebuild, with after-hours booking and a page for every town you cover, is the bigger job and costs more; the fixed number goes in writing before we start. If your site is already doing the job, the free check will say so and I won't quote a rebuild.
What will the Quote Fast Pack actually cost me?
Two real shapes: a standalone quote calculator for one trade, from $1,500. The full flow, intake to quote to deposit to Xero, is a bigger build from $3,500. Your fixed number goes in writing before we start.
What does "from $3,500" become for Admin Autopilot?
It moves with how many systems we connect and how brittle they are. Written fixed price before we start, always.
Does Profit Visibility read one system or several?
From $3,500 reading a single source. Pulling Xero plus your job app plus payroll together trends higher; the written number comes first.
How long does a build take?
Smaller builds: ten business days from kickoff to live. Bigger builds: two to six weeks depending on what they connect to. Every project agrees a delivery date in writing before starting.
What happens after the Trades Tech Leak Audit?
I send a one-page written finding within 48 hours. Three prioritised fixes ranked by impact, rough time-savings estimates, a 30/60/90 day action plan. If there is a fit, I recommend one of the five packages. If there is no fit, you keep the report anyway.
Do we own the system?
You own your data, your credentials, and your platform accounts, exportable any day, no hosting ransom. The software itself is mine: I licence it to you, keep it running, and keep improving it, which is the point of Ops Care. If you ever want the source outright, there is a buyout price in writing from day one.
Can you just fix one part of the workflow?
Yes. That is the whole point of the five packages. Pick the bleed costing you the most and start there: leads, quoting, jobs, profit, or admin.
Will my crew actually use it?
It's a screen on their phone with today's jobs on it. One toolbox talk, which I run. Training, documentation and a handover session are included.
Do you work with solo operators?
Usually not. The packages are sized for trade businesses with 4 to 19 staff where there is enough operational complexity to feel admin pain. Solo operators are welcome to book a Trades Tech Leak Audit; I will work out with you whether a build makes sense yet.
What if we do not know what system we need?
That is what the Trades Tech Leak Audit is for. 30-minute call, written report, three recommended fixes. No obligation to work with me.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, that is Ops Care. Three monthly plans from $750: monitoring, fixes, a one-page leak report every month, and on Standard and Pro one new automation or small build every month. Month-to-month after the first six months, 30 days notice either side.
THE EASIEST PAID START · AI RECEPTIONIST

Want a paid win before a full build?
Start with Never Miss a Call.

An AI receptionist answers your calls in your business's name, works out the job and captures the lead, with missed-call text-back and your booking link as the fallback. Live on the number you already have. It is the quickest of these fixes to switch on, and the cheapest place to start.

$165/mo inc GST, free on Ops Care Standard and Pro. If it doesn't catch you a job in your first 30 days, you don't pay that month.

One price, month to month. No lock-in, no setup fee, cancel any time. See how it works
