PRICING · NO QUOTE-ON-REQUEST GAMES

Every price, on the page.

If you have to ask for a price, the answer is too high. Three ways in, one I recommend for most operators. The "from" is the lowest plausible scope, not bait.

  THREE WAYS IN

Start where the pain is.

Most operators start at rung one because it takes two minutes, then move up when they can see what the rest of the admin is costing them.

  1. Never Miss a Call

    $165/month inc GST

An AI receptionist answers the calls you can't take, in your business's name, works out what the job is, and pencils a provisional morning or afternoon arrival window into your calendar for you to confirm. If it can't pick up, the missed-call text-back still fires with your booking link. Live on the number you already have.

No lock-in. If it doesn't catch you a job in your first 30 days, you don't pay.

  2. One fix, fixed price

    $1,500 or $3,500

$1,500 for a single build, shipped in 10 business days. $3,500 for multi-step and integrated work, 2 to 6 weeks. Locked scope, fixed price, 50/50 payment with a refundable deposit. Connects to Xero, ServiceM8, Tradify or Simpro. Nothing ships below $1,500, because work priced below that gets built like it.

Every build can roll into Ops Care later.

  3. RECOMMENDED

    Ops Care

    From $1,500/month

A working system inside your first 60 days, then one new automation or small build every month. The first build is included in the plan: no separate build invoice, no deposit. Never Miss a Call is included free.

6-month initial term with the build, then month-to-month with 30 days notice.

Other ways it can work

  • Running lean, or already built? Ops Care Lite, from $750/month keeps your system alive. Details
  • Want everything moving every month? Ops Care Pro, from $2,500/month. Details
  • Need ongoing SEO on top? SEO Care, from $750/month. Details
  • Just want a website? Website builds, two sizes with fixed prices, have their own page. Details

These are named, priced and linked. They are just not choices you have to make on this page. For a build that unlocks a big, measurable number (say a dashboard that surfaces five figures of leakage), I'll sometimes price on a share of that value instead of the scope band. We agree it in the audit, up front.

  HOW THE MONEY WORKS

Four rules that never move.

01

Fixed price, not hourly.

Every build has a locked price before work starts. Scope creep is a written change order with its own price and timeline, the same way you run variations on your own jobs.

02

50/50 on standalone builds.

Half on signed scope, half on go-live. Deposit refundable on spec miss. On Ops Care Standard and Pro the first six months fund the build instead; no deposit conversation.

03

The audit is free. Always.

30-minute call, one-page written finding inside 48 hours. It is the discovery; there is no billed "discovery phase".

04

Your data is yours.

Data, credentials, platform accounts, exportable any day. The software is licensed and I keep it running. Source buyout in writing from day one.

  NOT SURE WHERE YOU LAND?

The audit tells you which number applies.

Thirty minutes, written finding in 48 hours, three prioritised fixes. Keep the report either way.
