Your build is done and working
You finished a build, it is doing its job, and you want it kept that way without having to think about it again.
I keep what I built you alive, fixed, and quietly improving. No meetings, no ticket queue, no surprise invoices.
You finished a build, it is doing its job, and you want it kept that way without having to think about it again.
No new systems on the wishlist right now. You just want to know the booking form, the quoting tool, or the job tracker will not fall over in the middle of your busy season.
The monthly leak report is a paper trail. A few months of watching what leaked and what got fixed tells you whether Standard is worth it, with receipts.
Uptime, forms, bookings, integrations. If the quote form stops sending or the booking flow errors out, I usually know before you do, because I am watching it, not waiting for your call.
If something I built stops working, fixing it is my problem, not a new quote. You will hear back within a business day. Critical faults, the kind that lose data or stop the business, jump everything and get fixed free on every tier, always.
A price update, new wording, an extra field on the intake form, a column on a report. Text or email it through and it ships inside the month. No change request forms.
One page, plain English: what leaked, what got fixed, what is queued next. It is also the backlog we draw from if you ever upgrade, so nothing you flag gets lost.
No new builds. Lite keeps what exists alive and current. When you are ready for new systems, upgrade to Standard at any month boundary and it takes effect immediately.
Monitoring runs in the background. Anything that breaks gets fixed, and you hear about it from me, not from a customer.
Your small-change request lands by text or email and ships inside the month.
The one-page leak report hits your inbox: what leaked, what got fixed, what is queued next.
No minimum term on Lite. Thirty days notice either side, no exit fees, no awkward conversation.
Your client list, job history, and files live in your own accounts with your own logins, exportable any day. The system itself is mine, licensed to you and kept alive, patched, and improving. If you ever want the source outright, there is a buyout price in writing from day one.
While Ops Care runs there is no separate hosting subscription and no third-party platform fees from me. One invoice a month covers the lot.
Your data, credentials, and platform accounts leave with you, exported in standard formats. The application is decommissioned after 30 days with a full final export delivered first, or you exercise the buyout and keep it running yourself.
Your system stays alive. I fix what breaks, and you get a one-page leak report every month.
