Your details, and what I do with them.
Short version: I collect the minimum I need to send you your report or your quote, I do not sell your details to anyone, and you can have them removed whenever you like. The longer version is below.
Who I am
This website is run by Stribley Ventures Pty Ltd ta Bolt On Ops (ABN 51 697 053 633), a one-operator business based in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria, Australia. When this page says "I" or "me", that is the business. You can reach me any time at hello@boltonops.com.au.
What I collect
Only what a given form asks for:
- Tech Leak Check: your first name and email address, plus the website address you ask me to check.
- Get a quote and Book an audit: your name, business name, mobile number, email address, and anything you type into the notes field.
- Basic site analytics: like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
I do not ask for, or store, payment card details on this site.
Why I collect it
- To send you the thing you asked for: your Tech Leak Check report, or a written quote.
- To follow up about your enquiry and prepare that quote or audit.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so I can improve it.
The follow-up emails, and how to stop them
When you unlock a Tech Leak Check, you get your report by email, then up to four short follow-up notes over the following weeks explaining what the leaks mean for a trades business. Every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe link. Click it once and the follow-ups stop for good. I do not add you to any other list, and I do not sell or share your address.
Who else touches your data
I keep the operation lean, so only a couple of trusted tools handle your details on my behalf:
- Airtable stores enquiry and lead records.
- Resend sends the report and follow-up emails.
- Google Analytics provides the aggregate site statistics above.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy terms. I do not pass your details to anyone else, and I never sell them.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and lead records for as long as there is a live reason to (an open conversation, an active quote, or a client relationship), and clear them out once there is not. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your details, I act on that promptly.
Getting a copy, or having it deleted
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@boltonops.com.au and I will sort it out. There is no form to fill in and no hoop to jump through.
