The 30-day guarantee

What counts as a caught job, when the clock starts, and the edge cases decided in advance.

The guarantee applies to the AI receptionist tier. The text-back tier carries a plain 30-day cancel with no lock-in instead, because text-back catches leads rather than jobs, and a job-shaped promise cannot be judged fairly against a product that does not claim to close one.

What counts as a caught job

A call you did not answer, where a contactable lead was captured that you would not otherwise have had. All four of these:

  1. The call reached the receptionist, because it rang out or your line was busy
  2. It produced a lead record with a callback number
  3. The caller was a genuine prospect, not spam, a robocall, a supplier, a wrong number or a booking confirmation
  4. It happened inside your first 30 days live

What it does not require

You do not have to win the job, quote it, or even ring the person back.

The product captures leads. Whether one turns into work is your business, and making the guarantee depend on your own follow-up would be a way of never having to honour it.

When the clock starts

At your first charge, not at signup.

If a trial applies to your plan, your card is collected at checkout but not charged until the trial ends, and you are told the date and the amount at the card field. The 30 days run from that first charge. Otherwise a trial would eat half the guarantee window before you had paid anything.

The edge cases, decided in advance

These are written down deliberately, so they are settled by a document rather than by whoever is more persistent on the day.

No calls at all in 30 days. You are covered. You bought call capture; if the phone never rang, you got nothing out of it. “The product worked, you just had no calls” is technically true and not an answer anyone should accept.

A month of nothing but spam. Screened calls never create a lead record, so this reads as no qualifying leads and you are covered.

You answered everything yourself. No missed calls means no captured leads, so you are covered. That is the right outcome: you did not need it that month.

You turned the divert off partway through. The days it was off do not count against the total.

How it is settled

By the lead records, not by argument. If there is one qualifying lead in the 30 days, the guarantee is not triggered. If there is not, it is.

The payout is that month’s fee back in full. Not pro-rata, and not a discussion.
