Oscar White is my commercial cleaning business in Melbourne. In mid-2026 I took its website off WordPress and a page builder and rebuilt it as a fully static site with its own design system, a published pricing layer, and an enquiry pipeline that actually delivers. Position a premium specialist, then filter the enquiries.
Oscar White sells supervised, systemised cleaning to workplaces that care (offices, medical, coworking, member-facing spaces), not the cheapest quote in the inbox. The website's job is to carry that positioning and do the filtering: publish the rates, name the sectors, and let the wrong-fit enquiries rule themselves out before anyone's time is spent. A brochure site cannot do that; a site with pricing on the page can.

The old site ran on WordPress and a page builder. The rebuild is fully static on modern hosting: faster, unhackable in the ways that matter, and free of the update treadmill. Every legacy URL 301s to its new home so years of search equity carried over.
Published pricing as the filter
A full pricing layer, rate card included, published on the site. In commercial cleaning almost nobody does this; it pre-qualifies enquiries before the phone rings, which is the point.
A working enquiry pipeline
The contact form delivers reliably through a transactional email service, tested end to end. An enquiry form that silently fails is the most expensive bug a service site can have; this one is wired like it matters.
